The Jury Game of the Year in Germany announced their decisons for the Spiel des Jahres 2012 (Game of the Year) and the Kennerspiel des Jahres 2012 (Connisseur Game of the Year) in Berlin.

Spiel des Jahres is:

Kingdom Builder by Donald X. Vaccarino, published by Queen Games

Nominated have been further Vegas by Rüdiger Dorn, published by alea/Ravensburger and Eselsbrücke by Stefan Dorra & Ralf zur Linde, published by Schmidt Spiele.

Kennerspiel des Jahres is:

Village by Inka & Markus Brand, published by eggertspiele/Pegasus

Nominated have been further K2 von Anton Kaluza, published  by Rebel and Targi by Andreas Steiger, published by Kosmos.
